Clarksville to Rock Harbor

We traveled with Fugitive, Corsair and Harvest from Clarksville through the Cheatham Lock --we pulled into Rock Harbor Marina in the cold rain about mid-day while the rest went on to downtown Nashville.  We will miss Fugitive a lot—they have been great running buddies. Rock Harbor had us a slip undercover (a first for Sunny Days since her Knoxville days) so we were able to pull in and got plugged in in the dry.  Next Chapter was there too so for the next month we will have his and her boats! We haven’t really crossed our wake because Sunny Days came down the Tennessee River and took a left down the Tombigbee.  We have gone from Nashville to the Tombigbee in other boats a few times so if we wanted to end the adventure now I guess we could say we crossed our wake.  But we are here until Nov. 5th and then we plan to head to the Gulf.  First on our list here is to see the kids and friends.  We have some appointments  and housekeeping to do.  I am taking a break on the blog for the month unless there are some major happenings to share.  Thanks to all of you who have hung in with our adventure and all the encouraging feedback.
