Another tough day here on Sunny Days—Grandson Holden turns TWO today and we will miss the big event. Brudder is a little more understanding (we think) than his big sister and will probably not mind celebrating his birthday again when we get home in August. But that is his nature—he is go along get along until he reaches a certain limit and then it is Katie Bar The Door. We know he has a favorite matchbox car, likes to drum on things (he needs a drum set but the parental units don’t seem to agree), and adores his sister. Not a fan of snow, he would rather watch from the window with car in hand and cat beside him. Mom reports that he now says “Yes” when appropriate and “No” when appropriate and “Cheers” when the camera is looking at him. When we Skype, he blows us kisses and seems to recognize us. Happy Birthday Holden –we love you and we can’t wait to celebrate with you in August. XOXO Lolo and Bitz
